COFFEE ENEMAS!!!
Constant Detoxification in the world today is a must. Coffee enemas offer a natural way to detoxify the body and have been around for a very long time. They should be done especially on a juice fast to help the liver detox. Whether you suffer from a health condition such as headaches or something more severe, or you just want a way to maintain your health, coffee enemas have proven health benefits without the need for conventional treatments.
The ancient Egyptians used coffee enemas to cleanse the colon, help with healthy digestion and help with many chronic health issues.
Coffee enemas are extremely effective in assisting the relief of headaches, allergies, fevers, colds, asthma, and sexual dysfunction…
The Gerson Institute use coffee enemas in their protocols for the treatment of cancer, as did Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez M.D. In the old versions of the Merck’s Manual, coffee enemas were a big item!
HOW DO THEY WORK?
Coffee enemas stimulate release of toxins in the liver and gallbladder which have built up for years. They stimulate the liver and gallbladder to dump stored toxins into the small intestine. These toxic substances then exit from the body through the large intestine. They provide immediate and fast detoxification as well as cleaning the blood of toxins.
The coffee enema liquid helps with promoting peristalsis which is the natural wave-like muscle contractions of the digestive tract that move food through different stages of the digestive tract. It also activates the fast release of toxic bile from the duodenum which is then released from the rectum.
HOW TO PERFORM A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE COFFEE ENEMA
Important Notice: Pregnant women should avoid doing coffee enemas as well as breastfeeding women and children under the age of five. Always consult your qualified physician before considering coffee enemas.
Supplies needed: Go to this website to order your supplies which include the organic coffee as well as the best quality enema bucket or bag. The coffee must be caffeinated.
To prepare four cups of coffee, which is used for one enema session:
1. Place 3 tablespoons of organic coffee grounds in 4 cups of distilled water. Prepare the coffee in a glass, ceramic or stainless steel pot. Do not use aluminum as it can leach into the coffee.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil for 5 minutes; then simmer for 15 minutes more. Strain out using a fine mesh strainer. Add additional distilled water to bring the coffee mixture to 4 cups.
3. The coffee may be made and stored until the next day if needed. Reheat to a warm temperature before using. If using immediately, allow the coffee to cool to a warm temperature.
4. Place an old thick towel and perhaps pillow for your head on the floor near the toilet.
5. Place enema bucket on countertop or side of tub so that it is about 20” above the floor.
6. Close the clamp on the enema bucket. Pour in the coffee.
7. Use olive or coconut oil to lubricate the end of the tube.
8. Lay down on your right side and insert the tube into the rectum a few inches.
9. Open the clamp on the tube so it allows the coffee to flow in. Let a comfortable amount of the coffee flow in usually about two cups. Re-clamp the tube.
10. Hold the coffee for 12-15 minutes. At first, it may be difficult to retain the enema which is alright. You will be able to gradually work up to the 12-15 minutes. This is all the time that is needed to get the benefits out of the coffee.
11. After 15 minutes or sooner, release the liquid into the toilet.
12. Repeat steps 6-11 with the remaining coffee.
13. After each use, clean the bucket and tube with anti-bacterial Thieves foaming hand soap from Young Living or one of your choice.
ADDITIONAL TIPS
If you cannot hold in the coffee for very long, it may mean you are compacted and may have to try a few more times.
You may want to do a clear water enema first. Start with one cup of warm purified or distilled water. Take in water and hold until urge to release is felt. Release completely and then do your two coffee enemas.
Make sure you take some probiotics to establish additional good bacteria in the colon.
